Working as an artist-facilitator since 2007, Emily established an engagement approach during a research trip to Reggio Emilia, northern Italy where they researched early childhood development within arts and education. As resident artist at an arts-education centre in Warwickshire between 2007-12, they have delivered creative engagement opportunities in education settings across the UK.

Now working with adults and children at various levels of experience – they have lectured at regional universities, and delivered artist-development at Cannon Hill Arts School at mac Birmingham, and Preston Street Union at Spacex in Exeter, alongside a range of other socially-sited projects.
